As a Senior Sales Engineer, you'll be crucial in driving sales of their B2B SaaS product to food retailers. Working within a global Sales Engineering organization, you'll collaborate with Key Account Management teams to provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle. Your role involves creating technical collateral, working directly with retailers, and helping them implement the platform to optimize their operations.

The position offers a unique opportunity to work in a social impact company while developing professionally in a fast-paced scale-up environment. Responsibilities For Senior Sales Engineer

  • Collaborate with Key Account Management teams to support sales efforts and deliver technical presentations
  • Own technical aspects of RFPs, RFIs, and solution architecture discussions
  • Support full sales cycle from qualification to implementation
  • Design and develop technical collateral, workflows, and demo environments
  • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams on product capabilities
  • Act as trusted advisor to customers offering tailored solutions
  • Provide feedback on customer requirements and market demands
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Represent company at industry events and conferences

Requirements For Senior Sales Engineer

  • Experience as a Sales Engineer or Solution Consultant
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Highly organised and self-driven
  • Experience in designing workflows and technical diagrams
  • Fluency in Spanish required
  • Proficiency in Italian or Portuguese preferred
