Software Engineer | C#/.Net (Remote - 3 Month Contract to Hire)

Trace3 is a leading Transformative IT Authority, providing unique technology solutions and consulting services to our clients. We are seeking a Software Engineer with C#/.Net expertise for a remote 3-month contract-to-hire position. The role involves working with stakeholders to develop solutions for operational problems, discussing technical details with the Systems Intelligence team, and updating existing software/database platforms. You'll be working in an Agile environment, using Kanban or Scrum methodologies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting development of in-house applications and software system interoperability
• Establishing and maintaining software development documentation and standards
• Conducting performance tuning of applications
• Developing and conducting Unit and Integration tests
• Utilizing change management protocols
• Establishing database system recovery procedures
• Maintaining professional and technical knowledge
• Translating business needs into technical specifications
• Collaborating with teams to integrate systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing in C#
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• SQL development and execution using SSMS and Entity Framework
• Prior working knowledge with Microsoft Azure preferred
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Source Control Management

Salary Range: $150,000 - $166,400 USD
