Responsibilities For Cribl Engineer - Public Trust or higher Preferred

  • Maintain various clients' Cribl and Splunk instances
  • Cribl pipeline development, parsing, tuning, and content enablement
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Design and implement ground up Cribl installations
  • Develop custom Splunk content including searches, reports, dashboards
  • Configure indexes, index routing, retention policies

Requirements For Cribl Engineer - Public Trust or higher Preferred

Python
Linux
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Minimum Cribl Certified Admin Certification (or commensurate experience)
  • Minimum Splunk Architect Certification (or commensurate experience)
  • Experience in production environments for Cribl and Splunk hosted in AWS
  • Strong expertise in data parsing, pipeline development, and tuning within Cribl
  • Deep understanding of Splunk architecture, data models, and advanced search techniques
  • Experience with advanced configuration of Splunk
  • Experience in Linux and Windows environments
  • Excellent written and oral skills
