Description For Software Engineer - Ads Supply

Twitch, the world's leading live streaming platform, is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Ads team. This role is crucial in managing Twitch's comprehensive advertising ecosystem, balancing revenue generation with user satisfaction. The position involves working with Amazon's broader advertising infrastructure while maintaining Twitch's unique viewer-creator relationship.

As part of the Ads team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining critical ad services, from request handling to delivery. You'll report to the Senior Engineering Manager of the Ads Team and work closely with Engineers within both Twitch Ads and Amazon Ads organizations. The role offers an opportunity to build products and features that unlock exciting new ads functionality and opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have experience with modern programming languages and frameworks, particularly Golang and TypeScript/React. Knowledge of AWS technologies such as ECS, DynamoDB, Lambda, SQS, and Step Functions is highly valued. The position requires strong collaborative skills as you'll be working with product managers, technical leads, and other engineers to design and implement solutions at scale.

This San Francisco-based role offers competitive compensation ranging from $99,500 to $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
