Description For Technical Support SDK Developer

Responsibilities For Technical Support SDK Developer

  • Support the technological maintenance of Unico's product platform focusing on SDK-related demands
  • Support clients in installing and integrating SDK with different applications
  • Diagnose problems by analyzing logs and debugging source code in various scenarios
  • Reproduce errors and anomalies in test, development, and staging environments
  • Implement new SDK installations in new environments and handle version upgrades
  • Implement PoCs for debugging problems and supporting clients in implementation
  • Conduct systemic tests focusing on bug reproduction
  • Provide support to internal areas and clients for queries and tickets
  • Participate in client meetings to assist with integration and bug investigation
  • Maintain and update knowledge base
  • Work with and learn different technologies and tools

Requirements For Technical Support SDK Developer
