Founding Engineer

Untether Labs is revolutionizing workforce management for health systems and digital mental health clinics through their AI-powered scheduling platform. As a Founding Engineer, you'll join a tight-knit team of five engineers known for their kindness, autonomy, and bias for action. The role involves building enterprise-grade features and working directly with users, with engineers meeting customers multiple times weekly. You'll own entire feature-lines independently while collaborating with the team when needed.

The tech stack includes TypeScript, Python for Data Science, React, NextJs, Postgres, Vercel, and Supabase. The company values fast, tactical execution while building scalable solutions that can handle rapid user growth from 0 to thousands within months.
