Lead Full-Stack Engineer

ustwo is seeking a Lead Full-stack Engineer to join their team in either Lisbon or Malmo. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, focusing on delivering high-quality digital products across the full technology stack. As a Lead Full-stack Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications while leading technical decisions and mentoring team members. The role requires expertise in both front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, modern frameworks) and back-end development (Node.js, APIs, databases), along with strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and CI/CD practices.

The ideal candidate brings significant experience in building resilient web applications, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of working in agile environments. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product owners, and delivery coaches, while also interfacing with client stakeholders to align on technical approaches and constraints.
