Senior Software Engineer

Vanta is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead and mentor engineers while delivering high-value products and infrastructure that enables business scaling. The role involves setting technical direction, driving complex projects, and contributing to Vanta's engineering culture.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for leading projects with multiple stakeholders, designing and developing new product functionality using modern frameworks (TypeScript, React, Node.js, Golang), and making significant impact on customer security capabilities. The position requires at least 5 years of industry experience, technical leadership background, and startup or fast-paced environment experience.

Vanta's mission focuses on securing the internet and protecting consumer data through continuous security monitoring and verification. The product integrates with various services to analyze security risks and provide real-time threat detection and remediation guidance.
