Description For Full Stack Software Engineer

At Intrinsic, we are pioneering innovative solutions for some of the digital age's most persistent and complex challenges in Trust and Safety. Our team brings valuable experience from managing Trust and Safety for Apple's massive user base of over 1 billion people, and we're dedicated to creating a safer, more trustworthy internet environment.

Our platform, Intrinsic, empowers companies to streamline and automate their Trust and Safety operations across the entire workflow - from monitoring to enforcement. We're experiencing rapid growth and currently serve many of the largest and fastest-growing social media and online service platforms.

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of building cutting-edge features that make a real impact. You'll work on developing AI-powered tools for content moderators, creating sophisticated search engines using embedding-based retrieval, and designing robust API services that allow enterprises to securely leverage our insights.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of industry experience and is comfortable working across the full stack - from backend services to frontend development. You should have hands-on experience with modern web technologies like NextJS, TypeScript, GraphQL, and React, as well as practical knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs). We value engineers who understand best practices for writing testable, reusable code and can work independently in ambiguous situations.

We offer competitive compensation ($130K - $210K) and comprehensive benefits including platinum-level medical, dental, and vision insurance, unlimited PTO, sick leave, parental leave, monthly wellness reimbursement, and a 401(k) plan. Join us in our mission to make the internet a safer place for everyone!
