Founding Frontend Engineer (Staff)

As a Founding Frontend Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to own the front end of Variant. The role requires someone who has either made impactful contributions at companies known for frontend excellence, contributed significantly to notable open source projects, or has an impressive portfolio. You should be proficient with modern frameworks like React, Next, and Svelte, have deep understanding of DOM and browser mechanics, and be able to ship performant, pixel-perfect components.

The ideal candidate must be fully committed to startup life, maintain high quality while shipping fast, be proactive, and know when to speak up or align with team decisions.
