Founding Developer Success Engineer

As a Founding Developer Success Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in elevating our developer experience. You'll be responsible for empowering developers to leverage our SDK effectively while helping shape the future of our product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve customer's technical support requests
• Analyze customer needs and identify patterns
• Convert user feedback into feature requests and bug reports
• Maintain developer documentation
• Create examples and demos showcasing product capabilities
