As a Senior ML Engineer specializing in Speech/ASR, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to transform healthcare efficiency. You'll work with cutting-edge technology in speech recognition, developing and optimizing ASR systems that directly impact thousands of healthcare professionals.

The role involves:

• Leading the design, training, evaluation, and deployment of deep learning models for speech recognition
• Building products with direct user feedback and real data
• Engineering large self-supervised training systems
• Implementing fast inference solutions for both mobile devices and hosted environments

Key requirements:

• Extensive hands-on experience in Deep Learning for speech recognition
• Strong background in STT (Speech-to-Text) system development
• End-to-end ML process ownership experience
• Proven track record of shipping ML models with Python and PyTorch
• Experience training models from scratch
