- Create innovative features
- Define and drive the technical vision, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Mentor & collaborate with our team of senior developers
- Ensure high code quality and stability, implementing robust development standards and best practices
- Write robust code to be used by millions of users
- Support and contribute new ideas to game features
- Flesh out the details of game's design, oversee testing, and revise the game based on player feedback
Requirements For Lead Game Developer - Paper.io 2
- Advanced Unity knowledge (7y+) including scripting in C#, UI systems, physics, animation, particle systems
- Experience in complex gameplay mechanics, AI systems, and custom tools development
- Skilled in identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing optimizations
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (plus)
- Experience with analytics-driven development and A/B testing in live games
- Good sense of gameplay experience and attention to details
- Speak and write English
- Track record with successful mobile games
