Senior, Software Engineer

Walmart Global Tech is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Payroll Integrations team, focusing on delivering next-generation payroll solutions that ensure accurate and timely payments for over 2 million Walmart associates. This role is part of the Enterprise People Technology team, which supports the deployment and adoption of People technology across the enterprise.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be working in a newly established team to design and deliver high-performing systems at Walmart scale from the ground up. The position requires extensive experience in building highly available and high-throughput systems, with a strong foundation in software development best practices, cloud-native applications, and service-oriented architecture.
