Software Engineer, Developer Productivity

As a Developer Productivity Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our engineering efficiency. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for faster, safer software deployment
• Building local environment tooling for swift feature development and testing
• Managing service deployments across environments
• Streamlining developer workflows to boost productivity
• Providing strategic architecture and process improvement recommendations

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of developer productivity experience and:

• CS degree or equivalent experience
• Strong developer experience focus
• Hyper-growth startup experience
• Cloud expertise (AWS, GCP) with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform
• Advanced CI/CD knowledge
• Strong coding skills (Python, Elixir experience beneficial)
• Excellent communication abilities
