The role involves end-to-end ownership of frontend features, from interaction design to performance optimization. You'll be working on critical components like:

• Building and refining their multiplayer IDE where users write and debug AI logic in plain English
• Creating a "GitHub for AI" marketplace for discovering and sharing AI flows
• Developing dashboard interfaces for agent management and monitoring

The tech stack includes TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Tailwind. The company offers a competitive salary range of $140K-$220K and is backed by major investors including Spark Capital, Felicis, and Y Combinator with a $30M seed round.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in San Francisco (Presidio) requiring 5 days in office. The company culture emphasizes fast-paced execution, ownership, and collaboration. While the work is intense, they maintain a fun environment with team activities and a shared house where founders live.

The ideal candidate should have:

• 3+ years of engineering experience shipping real products
• Strong TypeScript and React skills
• Experience building complex, interactive applications
• Ability to create mockups in Figma
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments

Bonus skills include experience with real-time collaboration (Y.js, CRDTs), rich text editors (Tiptap, ProseMirror), or AI tools.
