Responsibilities For Reverse Engineer 3
- Perform technical analysis of malicious binaries through controlled execution
- Conduct static analysis of assembly code
- Overcome techniques designed to defeat analysis
- Ascertain functionality, capability, and call-backs
- Assist with attribution to adversary infrastructure
- Identify indicators of compromise
- Provide information for malware detection, signature creation, and mitigation
Requirements For Reverse Engineer 3
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline
- CISSP, GIAC GREM or CREA Certification
- 4-10 years of relevant experience in malware reverse engineering (depending on education level)
- United States Citizenship
- Information Assurance Certification may be required
