As a Software Engineer on the Starfleet team, you'll build end-to-end features, create innovative human data generation pipelines, and develop systems that enhance model reasoning capabilities. You'll work in a highly collaborative environment with cutting-edge technologies including TypeScript, Python, Rust, React, Express, and PostgreSQL.

The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $180,000 to $440,000 USD.
