Senior Salesforce Developer LATAM

Zinovo LATAM, a strategic staffing division of the global Salesforce consulting firm Zinovo, is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Senior Salesforce Developer. The role operates remotely across Latin America, with working hours from 6 AM to 6 PM Mountain Time. The company specializes in providing IT solutions across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors.

The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in developing sophisticated Salesforce solutions using tools like Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and APIs. This position requires someone who goes beyond basic configuration to embrace complex coding challenges, particularly in areas such as communities, custom components, and integrations.

The role combines technical expertise with client interaction, requiring strong communication skills to gather requirements and participate in solution design. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing customer solutions, performing platform customizations, and ensuring optimal system performance through best practices.

Key technical requirements include 4-6+ years of Salesforce development experience, proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components, along with a background in Java/C# and SQL technologies. The position demands Salesforce Platform Developer I certification and either Platform App Builder or Administrator certification.
