Responsibilities For Enterprise Solution Engineer (Pre-Sales)

  • Actively contribute to sales efforts by supporting customer-facing conversations and demonstrations
  • Own responsibility for responding to customer asks, including follow-up questions, demos, RFx and questionnaires
  • Partner with the Sales team to deliver on sales objectives
  • Partner with Post-Sales Solutions Consultants to ensure seamless customer transition
  • Deliver feedback to help grow and evolve processes and product

Requirements For Enterprise Solution Engineer (Pre-Sales)

  • Strong solution selling skills
  • Excellent discovery skills
  • Knowledge of key principles of software integration
  • Strong solutioning mindset
  • Skilled in troubleshooting technical issues
  • Self-starter and quickly able to grasp new technology
  • At least 5 years of experience in solution selling environment
