Engineering Manager

Zopa, founded in 2005 as the first peer-to-peer lending company, launched Zopa Bank in 2020. As an Engineering Manager at Zopa, you'll play a crucial role in the success of our business and the effectiveness of our Engineers. You'll manage a team building platforms and systems for our personal lending products, ensuring team engagement and performance. Responsibilities include collaborating on strategic planning, capacity planning, performance management, and community building. You'll drive quality across all stages of the SDLC and champion Agile ways of working.

• Proven people management skills, supporting Software Engineers' development

Zopa offers a flexible working environment, with a hybrid model allowing work from both the office and home. The role requires coming into the London Bridge office 2 days a week. Additionally, there's an option to work from abroad for up to 120 days a year (subject to right to work in the chosen country).
