Staff Product Solutions Engineer

Zscaler is seeking a Staff Product Solutions Engineer to join their Customer Services team. This role is Zscaler's go-to technical expert on public cloud security strategies and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud technologies, with hands-on experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring customers maximize their ROI by implementing and operationalizing Zscaler workload protection solutions
• Assisting customers in implementing Zscaler cloud solutions and integrating them into existing security operations
• Conducting Cloud Security Architecture workshops with customers and partners
• Resolving customer support issues and driving operational best practices
• Identifying risks to customer business goals and developing mitigation plans

The role requires coordination across customers, sales, product management, engineering, Zscaler partners, and the executive team. The candidate should be able to speak to both technical and business buyers, particularly cloud administrators, DevOps architects, and information security professionals.

Qualifications:

• US Citizenship required for Federal Deployments
• 4+ years of experience in technical, network, and security architecture
• 2+ years of cloud migration or cloud security architecture experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Hands-on experience with Security Services in major cloud platforms
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Security Engineer, or GCP Cloud Architect
