Trying to create a resource here that can help everyone. So of course, we have the Big 2:

As with most platforms that become insanely big, quality control is becoming more and more of a problem for these 2.

There's also these:

What other websites have you tried and found luck with?

simplify.jobs was what I used to use all the time looking for new grad roles

    • When you hit apply it one click auto completes using the chrome extension allowing me to get through 100 apps in 2 hours
    • You can apply their filters to filter roles based on industry and also their level filter is by far the best I've used

On LinkedIn you need to use filters for best results. Here's mine:

("machine learning" OR "ML" )(NOT "senior" NOT "sr" NOT "manager" NOT "lead" NOT "principal")

I enter a long boolean search directly on google search. I also set a time filter on google search on the top to filter down to posted in last 24 hours

site:lever.co ("US" OR "United States" OR "USA") ("ML Engineer" OR "Machine Learning Engineer") -"Staff" -"intern" -"internship" -"Senior" -"Principal" -"Sr"

site:boards.greenhouse.io ("US" OR "United States" OR "USA") ("ML Engineer" OR "Machine Learning Engineer") -"Staff" -"intern" -"internship" -"Senior" -"Principal" -"Sr"

    • https://climatebase.org/ companies trying to make an impact on the environment

    • https://rubyonremote.com/ remote ruby jobs

    • Rails Job Board (rubyonrails.org) official ruby on rails job board

    • https://stillhiring.today/ list of companies that are likely actually hiring

    • https://simplify.jobs Started using this today because of Sai on slack. They have a job board / aggregation of jobs, but the main value here is tracking job applications in your pipeline and automatically filling out applications with their extension. HUGE time saver for applications that all ask for the same information. They have AI features in the paid tier, but I'm not sure I like them more than chatgpt other than convenience.

https://www.climatetechlist.com/ is another good website for climate-related companies! It's actually founded by Taro Community Champion Steven Zhang.

I've had some success with this site, and especially for those searching for a fulfilling cause, although there's not a ton of listings.

This site was recommended to me: https://jobs.80000hours.org

The jobs are not updated all that frequently, but it is nice to see a job board during searches.

Not a website specifically for tech jobs itself, but here's an idea I'm currently using that works similarly.

Download an app called "EventBrite", look up "technology career fair" in wherever you reside, and sign up to attend that event to gain insight about job openings! Gets you right into the recruiters' faces.

    Hope this helps!
