Pros: Techs to Suit processed my profile to IBM, and I have cleared all the interviews and manager (PDM) rounds. Post the interview process, I got an email from HR to submit all the necessary documents to process the offer letter. However, it has been three months, and I haven't received an offer letter. Techs To Suit Agency says: - They don't have any clarity why IBM is not rolling out the offer letter, though they are able to see all the necessary approvals in place. - There is a lack of communication and transparency; they are just asking candidates to wait for some more days/months to get an offer. - I don't understand what kind of hiring process is between IBM and TechsToSuit, but they are spoiling candidates' careers by asking them to wait for 3-4 months, and after that, they will not respond to any emails or calls.

Cons: IBM company is cheating candidates by using its agencies/consultancies network.

Pros: Not that I can think of.

Cons: Low salary, super low benefits. Worked 50+ hours almost every week with no overtime paid. "Claim for what you work" is definitely not true.

Pros: We provide a broad range of services and have very complex methods for each delivery area. We also provide work-from-home opportunities on a need basis.

Cons: IBM is going through major internal transformation and trying to position itself primarily as a Cloud platform company with a strong focus on cognitive computing. However, as IBM India is primarily viewed as a cost center, these technology shift-related growth opportunities are hardly reaching its realm, and existing GBS projects are just viewed as a money-fueling mechanism to support this technology shift. So, salary growth, especially for IBM India GBS employees, is heavily impacted, even for high-performing accounts.
