Pros: The culture is pretty much like any other startup company. However, the only advantage is since most of the management is from big companies, the working style is kind of "free" and the people are really humble.
Growth opportunities are good, and so is the work. There's good work and personal life balance.
Benefits are being worked upon in the Bangalore office and should be among the best in the market soon.
Overtime benefits and other perks are excellent.
Cons: Apart from the fact that this is a startup in India, the office is kind of small and limited just now.
None apart from this.

Pros: Got hired on straight out of school, and I can only say that the culture and the environment I encounter five days a week are amazing.
Where other jobs I have worked at have been competitive among the employees, there is a real sense of community and being part of a team.
The benefits are excellent, and I feel there is real room for growth here.
Cons: Being recently hired, I can only say that it takes a lot out of you at the start of things to get comfortable, but that's true of anything.
