Senior Production Engineer

Advanced Navigation is seeking a Senior Production Engineer to join their innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, high attention to detail, and the ability to influence others towards commercial needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing new products for manufacturability and recommending improvements
• Providing technical expertise to the production team
• Researching and evaluating manufacturing processes
• Performing root cause analysis on failed materials and products
• Driving continuous improvement in the production team
• Implementing new products into production
• Training production team technicians

The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Systems
• 7+ years of experience in a similar position and industry
• Established relationships with relevant suppliers
• Experience in assembly and fabrication of cutting-edge electronic technology products
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Basic knowledge of software (Java, C, C++), electronics, and mechanical design processes
