This remote position offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $191,500 USD, along with potential benefits including equity and Employee Travel Credits. Responsibilities For Staff Program Manager, Team Effectiveness - Tech
- Collaborate on and develop program strategy for team effectiveness initiatives
- Partner with Tech Learning & Development team members
- Contribute to operational excellence by optimizing processes and tools
- Develop project plans and communication plans
- Create training materials and assets
- Coordinate in-person and virtual logistics for learning events
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of initiatives using data
- Build relationships with senior business leaders
- Partner with stakeholders, SMEs, and external consultants
Requirements For Staff Program Manager, Team Effectiveness - Tech
- 8+ years of experience in L&D or HR program/project management role
- Success building and implementing programs and processes
- Ability to manage several programs and initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of team effectiveness research and strategies
- Knowledge of learning science and learning experience design
- Data-driven approach to evaluating learning experiences
- Proficiency in presentation technologies and google apps
- Experience working with learning vendors
- Understanding of Technology and Engineering organizations
