Responsibilities For Lead Software Engineer (Gaming System)
- Act as an individual contributor responsible for the engineering output of the entire team
- Contribute to the codebase and provide support to fellow team members
- Ensure proper cross-team coordination of changes and technical decision making
- Contribute to technical designs of the system
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure clarity on goals and business objectives
- Support recruitment and decision making in hiring
- Have regular 1-1 with team members
- Evaluate overall team and individual performance
- Ensure proper task distribution and support among team members
Requirements For Lead Software Engineer (Gaming System)
- Computer Science Degree (BSc or higher)
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a lead software engineer
- At least 5 years of experience in software development preferable in agile framework
- Experience in delivering software in highly regulated business
- Strong fundamental computer science skills (OOA/OOD, data structures, algorithms)
- Knowledge and understanding of JEE and/or Spring platform
- Experience with Java, REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with cloud computing, Docker, AWS, Spring Boot, Kubernetes
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Familiarity with Microservice architecture
