Description For Software Development Engineer 2, IBA

Amazon's International Seller Services (ISS) organization is seeking talented software engineers to join their Tax and Invoicing Experience (TIE) team. This role is part of a critical team responsible for building Customer and Seller Experiences (CX and SX) that handle all invoicing products and corresponding legislative programs. The position offers an opportunity to work on complex technical challenges at scale, designing and implementing systems that process millions of transactions.

As an SDE 2, you'll be at the forefront of building innovative solutions for tax calculation, invoicing, and compliance systems. The role involves working with distributed teams across the globe, owning technical relationships with business partners, and contributing to the development of scalable, fault-tolerant systems. You'll be responsible for implementing self-service workflows for sellers and complex tax calculation systems.

The TIE team's vision is to build foundational technology capabilities that enable exceptional Customer and Seller Experiences for global invoicing products and legislative programs.
