As a Software Development Engineer, you'll shape the technical foundation of Amazon's employee experience by building and owning core, Tier-2 services and frameworks. You'll work with cutting-edge AWS technologies and serverless architectures to deliver robust, low-latency services operating globally. The team's mission is to abstract complexity, accelerate development across the organization, and raise the engineering bar for A to Z. This involves close collaboration with partner teams, product managers, and designers to create seamless building blocks that scale across various use cases - from pay and scheduling to onboarding, learning, and internal communications.
