Sr. Software Engineer | Tech Lead - Platform Adoption

Asana is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive technical strategy and execution for Platform Adoption. This role is crucial in shaping product experiences, backend architecture, and data models that power Asana's app ecosystem. Asana offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary range of $202,000-$258,000, equity, and benefits such as mental health support, career coaching, and long-term savings plans. The position is based in San Francisco with a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office presence on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
