The Senior Director of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence role at our Bengaluru location offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape our AI initiatives. You'll be responsible for managing the ML/AI team and providing technical guidance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our cyber intelligence platform.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading ML/AI professionals in developing AI-driven cybersecurity solutions
• Developing comprehensive ML/AI strategies aligned with company vision
• Designing scalable machine learning models with focus on large language models
• Collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and product managers
• Staying current with AI/ML developments and ensuring industry leadership
• Facilitating team knowledge sharing and professional development
• Contributing to strategic planning and technological roadmap

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong Computer Science and Data Science background
• Expertise in pattern recognition, statistics, and NLP
• Experience with Python, Go, and large-scale ML model deployment
• Proven leadership in managing ML/AI teams
• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, ML, AI, or related field
• Cybersecurity industry experience is advantageous
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
