Lead Data Engineer

As a Lead Data Engineer, you'll join the Product & Data Engineering team responsible for developing Disney's world-class consumer-facing products, including streaming platforms Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+.

This role focuses on building and maintaining Identity and Device Data products that serve as the source of truth for customer identifiers and devices. You'll be working with scalable, fault-tolerant data processing pipelines handling both real-time and batch data at massive scale. The position offers an opportunity to work on products that reach millions of consumers globally across platforms like Apple, Android, Smart TVs, and game consoles.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $152,200 to $223,600 depending on location, plus benefits and potential bonuses.
