Developer Experience Lead

Flatfile is seeking a Developer Experience Lead to join their mission of revolutionizing enterprise data handling through AI automation. This role is crucial for building and maintaining SDKs, open-source libraries, tooling, guides, and documentation. The position offers a competitive salary range of $180K-$200K with equity, and is fully remote across the United States.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of software development experience, with expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and various JavaScript frameworks. They'll work primarily with Flatfile's APIs and SDKs, collaborating with teams using Go, Python, React, and modern cloud platforms. The role involves building developer tools, improving tooling performance, gathering customer feedback, and shaping the DX roadmap.

Key responsibilities include building best-in-class developer tools, working on bleeding-edge tooling performance, speaking with customers, providing expert insight on developer experience, and helping represent the team publicly. The position requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for making developers' lives better through improved tooling and workflows.
