Full Stack Founding Engineer

FlexDesk is revolutionizing how corporate occupiers manage their office and coworking portfolios. As a founding engineer, you'll join a dynamic team building a comprehensive product suite that transforms corporate real estate management.

The role offers an opportunity to shape both technical architecture and company culture while making significant impact through end-to-end feature ownership. You'll work with a modern tech stack including Next.js, React, TypeScript for frontend, Elixir and Python for backend services, PostgreSQL for database, and Expo with React Native for mobile development.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of software engineering experience, strong system design skills, and a Computer Science degree. You'll thrive if you have a bias for action, take ownership beyond your immediate responsibilities, and excel in fast-paced startup environments. Previous experience with vertical SaaS or Elixir/Next.js is advantageous.
