Description For Program Manager II, Data Center Supply Chain, Technical Infrastructure

As a Spares and Business Operations Program Manager at Google, you will be responsible for ensuring supply chain spares readiness for Data Centers and keeping business operations running for the entire Equipment Supply Chain organization. You will lead process optimization, stakeholder management, demand/supply planning, and procurement operations for spares. You'll also drive upstream and cross Equipment Supply Chain synergies and strategies as Strategy Operations Program Manager.

The Technical Infrastructure team builds the architecture behind everything users see online, developing and maintaining data centers and building the next generation of Google platforms. This team ensures networks are up and running, providing users with the best and fastest experience possible.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing business reviews, metric updates, and oversight of business performance
  • Driving alignment across Equipment Supply Chain on strategies, objectives, and business operations
  • Optimizing processes via automation and tooling for consistency and efficiency in the spares supply chain
  • Implementing new processes for supply planning, risk mitigation, sourcing strategies, and procurement operations
  • Ensuring end-to-end spares supply chain readiness across all Data Center equipment spare parts

Google offers a competitive salary range of $117,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits, determined by role, level, and location.   • Manage and coordinate business reviews, metric updates, and oversight of business performance
  • Drive alignment across Equipment Supply Chain on strategies, objectives, rhythm of business, and business operations
  • Optimize manual effort and processes via automation and tooling to drive consistency and efficiency in the spares supply chain
  • Create and successfully implement new processes centered around supply planning and risk mitigation, sourcing strategies, sourcing execution, and procurement operations
  • Drive end-to-end spares supply chain readiness across all Data Center equipment spares parts

Requirements For Program Manager II, Data Center Supply Chain, Technical Infrastructure

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management
  • Experience in end-to-end supply chain operations
  • Experience in business operations (e.g., OKR planning, OKR reporting, workforce engagement, business reviews, business planning and working cross-functionally with leadership)
