Google is seeking a Software Engineer III to join their Google Store team, which serves as the primary online and retail destination for Google hardware and services.   • Write high-quality, well-tested, and maintainable code primarily in Java
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Build and manage scalable, reliable backend services within a micro-services architecture
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software systems and features on the Google Store platform
  • Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues

Requirements For Software Engineer III, Google Store

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience with software development in Java, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree in an industry setting
  • 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms in either an academic or industry setting
