Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Microsoft Security is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join their Red Team, which plays a crucial role in protecting Microsoft's services by identifying critical security risks and demonstrating authentic attack chains. This position combines infrastructure engineering with security expertise, focusing on building and managing the critical infrastructure that enables the red team's offensive security operations.

As an SRE on the Red Team, you'll be responsible for creating dynamic, ephemeral attack infrastructure and establishing secure, isolated environments for sensitive operations. The role requires expertise in automation, security policy implementation, and infrastructure management, all while maintaining stringent security standards that exceed those of the services being tested.

The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years of technical experience, with deep knowledge in SRE practices and security engineering. You'll work at the intersection of offensive security and infrastructure reliability, building systems that enable secure and effective red team operations while ensuring robust security controls.
