Netflix, a global entertainment leader with 283 million subscribers, is seeking a Solutions Support Engineer (L5) for their Engineering Support Organization. This remote position, based in Poland, is crucial for supporting Netflix's Delivery Engineering team, which manages systems used for testing and deploying thousands of changes daily.

The role sits within the Engineering Support Organization, whose primary mission is to empower Productivity Engineering through sustainable and effective customer support. As a Solutions Support Engineer, you'll be at the frontline of supporting Netflix's internal developer community, handling everything from troubleshooting to improving support tools and documentation.

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of experience in support or engineering roles, with deep expertise in delivery, observability, and cloud technologies. You'll need extensive knowledge of CI/CD tools, deployment pipelines, container management, and distributed systems troubleshooting. Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or Python are essential, along with expertise in Git and GitHub.
