Senior Software Engineer, Developer Experience Services (Customer Identity)

Okta is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Developer Experience Services team within the Customer Identity Cloud (CIC). This role will support large-scale initiatives to ensure the CIC can reliably handle current and future customer usage. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong background in NodeJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and RESTful APIs. They should be passionate about working on highly reliable, scalable, and secure systems, and have experience in designing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with product managers and other teams, optimizing existing services, debugging and resolving production issues, and supporting shared services. The role requires working with NodeJS, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL on AWS and Azure platforms.
