Technical Operations Engineer

As a Technical Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for the operation of production environments, including systems and databases, supporting critical business operations. You will perform administration and analysis for multiple production environments and recommend solutions to improve availability, performance, and supportability. This role combines deep technical knowledge with administration/analysis of Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure to provide escalation support for complex production environment problems related to growth, scaling, cloud leveraging, high performance, and high availability requirements.

This is an IC2 level position ideal for someone with 0-2+ years of experience who wants to work with cutting-edge cloud technology while supporting mission-critical infrastructure. You'll be part of a team that values customer focus, technical excellence, and continuous learning.

The role requires security clearance and is open to Singaporeans and PRs only. You'll work on government projects requiring careful attention to security protocols while maintaining Oracle's high standards for cloud operations.
