Associate Technical Operations Engineer

As a Technical Operations Engineer, you'll be responsible for the operation of production environments, including systems and databases, supporting critical business operations. You'll perform administration and analysis for multiple production environments and recommend solutions to improve availability, performance, and supportability. This role combines deep technical knowledge with administration/analysis of Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure to provide escalation support for complex production environment problems.

You'll work with cutting-edge cloud technology, handle challenging technical issues, and be part of a team that prioritizes customer success. The role offers opportunities for growth in cloud operations and technical support, with exposure to enterprise-level infrastructure and systems.

This position requires strong technical skills, particularly in Linux administration and cloud operations.
