The Technical Operations Engineer role involves managing production environments, including systems and databases that support critical business operations. You'll perform administration and analysis across multiple production environments and recommend solutions to improve availability, performance, and supportability.

Requirements:

• Experience with Linux System Administration, Networking, Storage, Compute, and Virtualization
• Incident management experience
• Strong customer focus
• Quick learner with ability to train others
• Cloud technical support experience preferred
• Security clearance required (for government projects)
