Responsibilities For (Mobile)ADT System Level Test Development Engineer

  • Coordinate and drive debug of failures
  • Develop automatic reports, dashboards, and charts
  • Capture and document learning for upcoming projects
  • Provide regular updates to key stakeholders
  • Characterize Processors, Graphics, Memory, Thermal and Power performance of SOC
  • Develop test cases for Android-based devices
  • Analyze specifications, create test plans and execute tests
  • Work with lab instruments like Power Supplies, Multimeter, Spectrum analyzer
  • Debug/triage using Android debugging tools and JTAG Lauterbach/Trace32

Requirements For (Mobile)ADT System Level Test Development Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field with 2+ years experience
  • Strong understanding of software automation and Android architecture
  • Experience with characterizing SOC performance
  • Thorough knowledge of Android Architecture, Boot process, Kernel
  • Strong software skills in C#, .NET, Java, C/C++, Python
  • Experience with Perforce, GIT source control
  • Knowledge of USB Protocol, CPU, DSP, GPU, DDR
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in system level testing and software automation
