  • Leading multiple teams of architects, technical leads, compute hardware and software engineers
  • Driving ASPICE Compliance
  • Defining strategic roadmap for Qualcomm's Automotive Engineering teams
  • Driving robust processes for requirements specifications, prioritization and solution development
  • Managing stakeholder alignment of capabilities, product roadmap and delivery plans
  • Defining and implementing Automotive use cases
  • Driving system validation methodologies
  • Managing robust release management processes

Requirements For Platform Architect - Automotive Technologies (Staff/Sr Staff)

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science + 6 years experience, OR Master's + 5 years, OR PhD + 4 years
  • 12-14+ years experience in embedded domain
  • Strong C/C++ programming skills
  • Experience with embedded platforms including low-level firmware, kernel and user-space components
  • Experience in real-time SW development for embedded products
  • 3+ years experience with Programming Languages (C, C++, Java, Python)
  • Experience with heterogeneous compute platforms (ARMs, GPUs, DSPs)
