Description For Advanced Customer Engineer

Reltio is seeking an Advanced Customer Engineer to join their team in Bangalore. This role combines deep technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, focusing on ensuring optimal customer experience with the Reltio platform. The position requires extensive knowledge of the entire Reltio application stack and involves building scalable platform services, implementing complex algorithms, and providing high-level technical support.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience with enterprise-scale systems, particularly in Master Data Management (MDM) and distributed systems. Working Tuesday to Saturday, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining critical platform components, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and collaborating with various teams to enhance product functionality.

Responsibilities For Advanced Customer Engineer

  • Build highly scalable and reliable platform services and components
  • Develop and implement algorithms for solving complex problems in high-volume environment
  • Take ownership of Reltio Platform features, components, and integrations
  • Build and implement scalable monitoring platforms and metrics platforms
  • Analyze user needs and software requirements
  • Provide technical support assistance
  • Identify opportunities for improvements to cloud-based platforms
  • Resolve customer technical issues through debugging and troubleshooting
  • Support Enterprise-focused applications with focus on data management
  • Plan, design, and build effective solutions at massive scale

Requirements For Advanced Customer Engineer

  • Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years developing on large-scale enterprise systems
  • Experience in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design
  • Experience with web UI development with JavaScript frameworks
  • Experience debugging server-side Java applications
  • Working knowledge of scalable and distributed data systems
  • Experience with NoSQL databases (Cassandra preferred)
  • 2 years of experience developing Master Data Management software
  • 2 years of experience with enterprise-focused applications
  • Experience with version control software
