This role is part of the Associate productivity and pricing team, which supports the deployment and adoption of tools and products across Walmart US Stores, impacting millions of associates globally.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $143,000-$286,000 (Sunnyvale) or $110,000-$220,000 (Bentonville), along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), stock purchase options, and various leave benefits. The role requires 8+ years of experience in infrastructure and automation, with strong expertise in DevOps practices, cloud platforms, and container technologies.

  • Continuously learn and increase adoption of DevOps best practices
  • Help engineering teams to build highly Observable and Resilient systems
  • Performance Engineering for mobile apps
  • Debug and automate Rest API issues
  • Build reusable tools, library, dashboards for DevOps/SRE teams
  • Create new self-service solutions
  • Generate proper designs, documentation and present to stakeholders
  • Support operations, meeting reliability and capacity requirements
  • Responsible for timely root cause analysis of production issues
  • Play a key role in driving the product roadmap, sprint planning

  • 8+ years of hands-on related infrastructure, performance and API automation experience

  • Expertise in tools such as Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible/Chef/Puppet
  • Strong knowledge on GIT
  • Experience with containers and orchestration technologies

  • Experience with Monitoring solutions like Prometheus, Grafana
  • Experience with logging solutions like Splunk, ELK
