Lead Software Engineer

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join their Chief Development Office (CDO) within the Chief Technology Office (CTO). This is a senior technical position focused on architecting, designing, and developing the developer experience (DevEx) platform. The role involves leading complex technology initiatives with broad company-wide impact and developing standards and best practices for engineering solutions.

The position requires expertise in frontend technologies, particularly JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React, with a strong focus on building and deploying UI/UX applications. You'll be responsible for developing innovative engineering accelerators, shared services, frameworks, and libraries to enable Wells Fargo's digital transformation and cloud adoption.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement at various prestigious locations across the United States, with competitive compensation ranging from $111,100 to $237,100 annually.
