I have my masters in Electrical Engineering and have a lot of experience(7 years) as a manufacturing test engineer. I recently became a senior software/product engineer , and my goal is to grow in the role and get promoted sooner rather than later. I am on an H1B and another goal of mine is to try to expedite the process of getting a green card by making a bigger impact in my org and potentially looking for opportunities for a research based career path where I can publish papers as part of my job. I currently work in the R&D team of a V2X solutions deployment group.
Used to work at goldman for two years took the entrepeneurial route for 11 years and looking to get back into the the work force.
