I've a Meta technical phone screen coming next week. I've a good grip on programming patterns but I've been dealing with toxic work culture and hence couldn't focus on preparation so much lately. Any valuable inputs on what should I focus on for the technical screen while I brush up on the patterns would be of great help. Thanks.

There's a lot of good resources in that thread too. Your technical phone screen should be 2-3 data structures and algorithms (DSA) problems of LeetCode easy/medium difficulty. The prep should be pretty straightforward. The onsite is when things start getting really complicated.
